Women's Circle with Jess
Join us for this monthly (rotating locations) women's gathering. Settle in with a guided meditation, along with some focused journaling and self connection time as well as time to connect with other women attending. Finally, ending with a short grounding sound bath.
Bring your journal & dress cozy! Each month you will focus on a different topic to discuss and journal on. This month our topic is anger.
