Come home to yourself in this intimate setting where you will be held in a womb-like experience. Through guided ritual, immersive sound healing, and a silent tea ceremony, we’ll recharge the sacred feminine within ourselves and each other. All who identify as women are warmly welcomed. Men who embody or hold space for the divine are encouraged to attend.

Reiki Reset Meditation Hosted by: Grace

It’s time to welcome yourself back home to your inner stillness with a wonderful Reiki reset. This event offers a longer meditation and a deeper clearing with Reiki. As a group, we will begin the event by sharing our goals and setting our intentions. Then Grace will lead the group through a gentle meditation to journey through the heart space. Through your heart is a sacred portal to connect with all avenues that lead to your highest good. When we fully connect to this heart space and ease washes over us, we begin moving from a space of surrender that allows walls to crumble and light to come in. Grace will also be using her Oracle deck to bring forward additional messages and then to close, we will do a group sharing about our experiences through our meditation.

Sound Bath - Inner Fire Hosted by: Jess

This is a 45 min sound healing with quartz crystal sound bowls corresponding to the chakras, drums, and more. Pour Paint Meditation Hosted by: Jess

This is a paint workshop led with meditation. Pour painting is a great way to express yourself without the pressure of creating a “thing”. The abstract nature of this style of painting leaves so much room for free flowing creative expression. We will start with a guided meditation on feelings and then get into our painting. You will leave with your wet work of art that will take a day or so to dry. Please wear something you don't mind getting paint on. This workshop is offered on a sliding scale of $25-$35.

What to Expect:
🌿 Intention Setting (10-15 min) – Begin with a warm welcome, introductions, and Q&A, followed by setting personal and group intentions for release and renewal.
🌬 Breathwork Journey (60 min) – Using rhythmic, somatic breathwork techniques, you’ll activate your nervous system to clear stagnant energy. The second half will shift into slow, grounding breaths to invite healing and restoration. Music will guide and support your process.
🌀 Closing Circle (10-15 min) – Reflect through journaling and/or optional sharing to integrate your experience and connect with others.
