Move through mindful practice, and learn about Energy in Chinese medicine theory from the East, and western medicine techniques for strengthening the core and aligning the spine. Then settle in for herbal teas, light bites, and a craft session where you will create your very own Soul Medicine Friendship Bundle, " Palo santo, crystals, and flower bundle."
You will close with a deeply restorative guided Tibetan sound bath featuring Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gong to help you integrate the experience.

Join Jess for a paint workshop led with meditation. Pour painting is a great way to express yourself without the pressure of creating a “thing”. The abstract nature of this style of painting leaves so much room for free flowing creative expression. We will start with a guided meditation on feelings and then get into our painting. You will leave with your wet work of art that will take a day or so to dry. Please wear something you don't mind getting paint on.
