This therapeutic yoga series features 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a set sequence designed to strengthen, stretch, and restore balance to the body. Each posture prepares you for the next, creating a flow that builds strength and supports flexibility, circulation, and healing — making it ideal for beginners, those with chronic pain, or anyone looking to build a strong foundation.

Traditionally practiced in a heated room, this class offers the same physical and mental benefits without added heat. Along with building strength and flexibility, it offers space to practice breath control and cultivate stillness in both body and mind. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a consistent, approachable practice, this class provides a therapeutic path to greater well-being.

Please arrive 5-15 minutes early to get settled so we can begin on time. Be sure to come well-hydrated!
