This therapeutic yoga series features 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a set sequence designed to strengthen, stretch, and restore balance to the body. Each posture prepares you for the next, creating a flow that builds strength and supports flexibility, circulation, and healing — making it ideal for beginners, those with chronic pain, or anyone looking to build a strong foundation.
Please arrive 5-15 minutes early to get settled so we can begin on time. Be sure to come well-hydrated!
