This is a beginner yoga class that follows a specific sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Postures can be modified to your level of fitness and the postures are the same each time you come to class making this a great choice for beginners. Postures can also be advanced as you become more and more comfortable or for those more experienced yogis.
