Think of this as a meditative movement. This class involves movement that allows you to really sink into your body, gain a deeper connection, work on your mind body connection and really feel good in your body. Nicole will guide you through some feminine/sensual movement, self massage, sometimes compressions done by Nicole (optional- you have the choice to be touched or not), complimented with light breath work, reminders to focus on the body and emotional state, and optional affirmations/intention setting for the week ahead. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded and with a deeper knowing of your current self.
