Join Joellene as you work with the body’s natural energy pathways, promoting increased vitality, reduced stress, increased energy. Qigong gives a renewed sense of ease in both body, heart and mind. All levels are welcome! No prior experience needed.

Each class concludes with a soothing guided Tibetan sound bowl meditation, allowing students to fully relax, restore, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and energized.
