In our fast-paced lives, emotions can become suppressed and accumulate as tension within the body. This group somatic breathwork journey is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, creating space for clarity, renewal, and a deeper connection between your mind and body.
Through intentional breath and movement, we’ll create a safe and supportive environment to explore and release stuck energy, promoting emotional freedom and physical healing. This session will help you let go of what’s weighing you down, leaving you feeling lighter, more grounded, and fully present within yourself.
What to Expect:
🌿 Intention Setting (10-15 min) – Begin with a warm welcome, introductions, and Q&A, followed by setting personal and group intentions for release and renewal.
🌬 Breathwork Journey (60 min) – Using rhythmic, somatic breathwork techniques, you’ll activate your nervous system to clear stagnant energy. The second half will shift into slow, grounding breaths to invite healing and restoration. Music will guide and support your process.
🌀 Closing Circle (10-15 min) – Reflect through journaling and/or optional sharing to integrate your experience and connect with others.
