Join Jess for a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga experience designed to slow you down, soften your edges, and bring you back to yourself. This slow-paced, meditative practice focuses on long-held postures that target the deep connective tissues, ligaments, and joints — inviting stillness, release, and restoration. We’ll close with an extended guided meditation to ground your energy and calm the nervous system, leaving you with a feeling of renewal. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
